The United Security Workers of America (USWOA) is an unaffiliated labor organization which represents eligible employees in the security industry for the purpose of collective bargaining. USWOA was founded and is managed by individuals with decades of security industry experience. We definitely understand the needs of the members that we represent. We fight hard to further and enhance the wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment of those eligible workers with in the security industry!
